An holistic approach to well-being involves considering a person's whole being and recognising that all aspects of every life are interconnected. By recognising and addressing the needs of the body, mind, and soul, individuals can thrive in life, rather than merely surviving.
We use a multitude of science-backed tools and processes, such as psychological interventions, coaching, mindfulness, yoga, breath-work, menstrual cycle awareness, stress reduction and other trauma-aware therapies, as well as looking at nutrition and movement, to identify areas that would benefit from support. The goal being to help individuals lead vibrant and thriving lives.
Whole-Self also works within the Workplace. Facilitating a greater understanding of ourselves as individuals and providing support to each individual, allows teams to become places of deep understanding, empathy and incredible collaboration based on learnings not only of self, but also each other.
